-Ask a formal housing sell/purchase related organization to evaluate the house cash value based on current market and then, ask this organization to issue the certificate of the house cash value and use it for I-864. If the house still has any loan to pay, the amount of the house cash for I-864 = the house market value - the unpaid loan. By the way, based on immigration law, if you use property for the I-864, the total amount for the I-864 = 5 X 125% of the poverty line.
