J1 waiver with time accumulation

Hi,

    I'm J1 visa right now, and have 2-years periods back in China,  I have one question,  I'm married,  my hu*****and is here.  If I go back United States as B2 visa, and back to China,  The periods, I stay in China could be accumulated within 2-year requiremwents, right? If I apply F-1 visa and come here as student,  during F1, I go back China in Summer and Winter break, Those time periods would not be acculated within 2-years, right?
