谢谢回复，我也知道一般情况下file了就可以去工作了，但是这个新公司规定要等到H1B
transfer批准了才可以用H1B工作。所以我想知道现在是否可以立刻先用EAD开始工作，
然后拿到transfer的批准再回到H1B身份继续工作。再次感谢
-If you use EAD, technically your H1 status is terminated. So, if your employer does not allow you to work during the H1 transfer is pending, you had better ask the company to use premium processing to get the H1 approved in 15 days and then, you can use H1 to work. Or you just use the EAD to work, then go to China to get the H1 visa in the future to reinstate your H1 using the H1 transfer approval notice.
