本人绿卡，准备回国工作两年，问题：

1.是不是在走之前申请回美证（ reentry)，并且拿到才能走？（或者说比较好？）

-It you will leave US urgently, you may leave after you do the fingerprinting.

，一般回美证申请后多久可以拿到呢？

-About 3 months, case by case.

2.是不是每年最好回美国一次（比如呆一个月）才能保持绿卡？

-Not need if you get the reentry permit, and you only need to return to US just before the reentry permit expires.
