请教8老师皮老师：关于白卡（返美证）

本人绿卡，准备回国工作两年，问题：

1.是不是在走之前申请回美证（ reentry)，并且拿到才能走？（或者说比较好？），一般回美证申请后多久可以拿到呢？

2.是不是每年最好回美国一次（比如呆一个月）才能保持绿卡？
