答案是选YES OR NO。

这个问题的的前半部分，我应该选YES，后半部分应选NO。有些糊涂了。还是我理解有误。

-You can not e-file the B2 extension, but use paper-filing. See this e-filing of I-539 and you can see there is not e-filing of B2 extension available:
