我先生2011年在国内广州拿到移民签证，11年11月份登陆美国，呆了一个月之后在美国拿到正式绿卡，返回中国。因工作关系，至今不能返回美国长呆，估计得到明年一月份才能有机会。
1。听说拿到绿卡之后半年，还是一年之内必须返回一次美国，是这样吗？他已经错过半年返回美国的机会了。
-He has to come back to US before his stay in China reaches one year, otherwise his green card will be void automatically and he can not use it to enter US anymore.
2。如果他明年一月份来，还能不能入境？会有什么样的麻烦？除了绿卡还需要准备什么？
3。他来探亲，估计带两个月就得走，是不是办一个回美证比较好？
-He needs to apply for the reentry permit (RP). He can leave US after you does the fingerprinting for the RP and then, you can mail the RP to him when you get it later.
