老公在国内工作， 如果他有B2签证 是否能跟我一起在美国申请485？

-Yes, but he had better wait for at least 3 months to file I-485after he enters US using B2 visa when you rpriority date is current.

 还是非得H4才能一起申请？

-Not necessary. But it is easier to get the H4 visa and he can file the I-485 immediately after he enters US as long as your priority date is current.

另外， 如果不和我一起在美国递485申请的话 是否一定要等到我变成公民 他才能在国内申请绿卡？ 是否要花很长时间？

-You do not need to become a US citizen just for his green card issue. He can do following-to-join by either filing his I-485 in US (if he is in US) even if after you get your green card or applying for the immigration visa (if he is in China) after you get the green card (you file I-824 for him in this case).

 还是等我拿到绿卡了 他就能在国内申请？
