今天本打算在online填N400, 注册用户名后就要交$149的preparation fee.

-Never heard it. Did you do it in the following USCIS website? I suspect that you visited an immigration lawyer website who may charge you any fee.

By the way, there is not e-filing of N-400 available.

请问, 是不是自己打印出N400, 手写, 就不用交$149, 还是都得交?
