回复：请教关于485REF和AP的问题

我有3个问题请教Pijiang老师和8老师， 我的情况是：NIW，priorite dated 是2009年9月。

1 I-485和AP申请递交一周后收到email和手机信息显示所有申请已经收和receipt number, 并且申请费的支票也被USCIS 收取划费。又一周后， 除了主申请人的 I-485书面收据外， 其它所有申请的书面收据都同时收到。现在已经收到AP，但始终没有收到I-485书面收据。最近需要回国，请问只有AP而没有I-485书面收据是否会有麻烦？

-Passport and AP are enough.

2 485申请递交后收到REF(有关流感疫苗）， REF回复递交后网上查询得知USCIS在5月份已经收到REF 回复。至今网上查询状态依然是“Request for Evidence Response Review”，是否虽然USCIS网上说60天给答复，但现在排期没到，我现在不用在意？

-Do nothing.

3 副申请人（我妻子）已经收到AP和EAD, 也已经申请和拿到她的Social Security Number. 是否需要申请取消她的TN number(税号，以往报税时申请的）？

-Yes, she has ask IRS to rescind her ITIN after she gets the SSN. A person can not have both ITIN and SSN.

该如何申请取消？

-She needs to send a letter to IRS ITIN Unit requesting a rescind of her ITIN. Then, IRS will rescind her ITIN and transfer all her information associated with ITIN to her SSN. Enclosed both copies of her ITIN and SSN in the letter. Additional steps: 1. Inform the 3 credit bureaus (Equitax, Experian and TransUnion) to to import her credit history associated with her ITIN (if any)to her SSN; 2. Inform bank, insurance, etc. regarding change of ITIN to SSN.
