LD递交了I140，H1B失业 带着侥幸心理想递交了I539 转F2， Pending 期间找了2个月工作，没找到， 忍不住回国了， 计划我申请了H1B 之后签H4 回来。 

1. LD 才走一周，昨天F2批准了， 我能把F2 的资料寄回去， 返迁F2 吗？-That F-2 approval is useless for F-2 visa application, but may bring it to the visa interview in case the VO ask her legal stay in US if she left US after her H1 I-94 expired. She of course can apply for the F-2 visa to come back if your status is still F-1.

 概率大吗？-Just try and you never know. 不想分开太久， 家有小孩

2. 单位最近（1-2月）会给我办H1B(nonprofit)， 我可以等LD 签F2 过了再办H1, H4吗还是

3. 等单位办了H1, 让LD 签H4 ，-May try F-2 first, and if it does not work, then wait for your H1 to try H4.
