it is a follow up question. My AP application was denied because my photo is not qualified.

So what do you think the best way: to reopen the case and submitting all the required documents or just apply another EAD/AP.

-You may file a new application because Motion to Reopen (I-290B)needs to pay filing fee of $630.

 And I have sent 485 appliation, do I need to pay for the new application

-No fee for I-131 or I-765 filing no matter when you file it.
