请问8老师，EAD 11月到期，请问最早什么时候能renew?

-Up to 120 days in advance before the old one expires. So, do it now.

 renew EAD 需要在职证明吗？

-copy of the I-485 filing receipt and copy of old EAD.

如果一直没有启用过旧的EAD， 能不能renew 新的EAD 吗？

-Yes.
