If EB2 485 denied, will my EAD, AP ,PERM, I-140 be invalid automatically?

-I-140 is still valid if you still work for the I-140 sponsor. EAD and AP are invalid in this case.

Also, if 485 denied, will my H1-B be invalid (currently, I am in the 7^th year of H1-B and my H1-B was extend for 3 years throughout to 2014)?

-No. YOur H1 is not affected.

Can I re-apply 485? If Yes, can I use the old PERM, I-140 or I have to start the PERM, I-140 again?

-Yes, you can use the same I-140 to file a new I-485 if you still work or will come back to work for the I-140 sponsor
