再问 - 谢谢8老师 - 类似领域类似工作

本人理解不够 about why irrelevant .

如果我不能用 EAD 的话, 我若换工作, 必须要:  1) transfer H1B (regular or non-profit) ?

  or   2). apply a different type of  working visa ?   

我现在是 regular H1B visa in the 7th year.

EB2&3, 485交了180天后, "类似领域类似工作"是否可以是 O-1, L-1, 或者是不占 quota 的非赢利单位的 H-1B 的工作 ?
