各位老师，我姐姐正在办B1转L1，刚收到补材料的通知，让11月30日前交上。这两天有要事需要她回中国一趟。如果离开美国，L1的申请会不会作废？

-Yes, techincally her status change application will be void.

她能再用B1回美国吗？

-Yes, but she needs to file L1 again.
