Teacher, a question regarding N-400 application for you - I married to my citizen spouse in February 2010 and received conditional GC in June in the same year. Right now my I-751 case is in "pending" status and I expect to receive the 10-year GC in November this year if everything goes well. Based on the facts above, when will be the earliest time for me to apply for the citizenship?
-Three years from the date you got the conditional green card no matter whether you get the permanent green card or not(i.e. June 2013, but you can file N-400 as early as in March 2013, in advance up to 90 days).
