目前h1b第六年到今年12月就要过期了，NIW的140已经6个月还没消息。140在12月之前不能approved的话，我的h1b就不能renew了（140pending不到一年），对吧？那么现在我能怎么办？
1。因为已经交了140了，是不是已经不能能转去college f1？

2。 12月h1b过期后，如果140依然pending，我能还呆在美国么？
-No unless you have another status.
2。如果可以不离开美国，能和单位打好商量，如果稍后140批了，他们再雇用我？这样还算extension么？这样可行么？
3。还有其他可行的路可走么？NIW的140又不能PP。
-One practical choice for you is that you may leave US before your 6-year H1 ends (e.g.Oct or Nov), and then wait in China for your NIW I-140 approval, and then, ask your employer to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year H1 limit using the approved I-140. The risk of this choice is that your NIW I-140 may not be approved and thus, it is difficult for you to return to US. Of course, if your qualification is good enough for O-1 visa, that will be ideal (O-1 visa is considered dual intent like H/L visa).
