my parents are in US now and brought their notarized birth cerf and marriage cerf from China. I heard they should be natorized in US right before I130/I485 filing to avoid immigration intention. Is it true? I brought my cerfs from China ten years before i applied my green card via H-1b. There are no problem for me. Please confirm if my parents have to redo their documents in US
Where can they get cheap shots for physical checkup? Any clinic or USCIS listed civil doctor in bay area, CA? cheaper is better since they dont have medical insurance.
Is there fee to file I131 travel document along with I130/I485?
