请问这种情况，在国内申请移民签证通过率高吗（与在美国交485比）。除140外还需要美国方面出具什么文件？比如要h1visa？还是只要一个工作offer，或什么都不要？多谢各位大师啦！
-Only needs a job offer letter from your employer (I-140 sponsor) when the priority date is current. If your I-140 is NIW, any employer can give you the employment offer letter as long as your job is in the same/simialr area as that indicated in NIW.
