In my 485 RFE notice mail (I received the notice from mail on Aug 15) , USCIS give me 87 天的期限，Is this normal?

-Yes. You had better mail the documents as soon as you can.

Also, this is no pre-addressed 的信封, is this is normal?

-They probably forgot to put the envelope there. You may just write" Response to RFE : SRC/LIN xxx-xxx-xxx " on the top of your own envelope and mail the documents with the envelope to USCIS and it will be fine. "SRC/LIN xxx-xxx-xxx" means your I-485 receipt number.
