should I better off to get new job to qualify EB2, EB2 shows no available
better stay here to continue EB3, EB3 currently at 2005-12-15
If we can get EAD, I don't mind to wait for a little longer,
also, if I can't file one year before of H1B term, should I try to get TN now or wait until H1B almost expired next year?

I am really late, just start GC labor now, have onlye 1 year left for H1B(+ 2 weeks
I am not positive to be able to file in time, my company really sucks at this thinge
since I heard I need to file one year to be able to extend beyond 6 years
1)what shall I do if I can't get it file in time, do I have to leave this coutry?
2)I am canadian, am I able to get TN instead? but also afraid it might denial just because of filing immigration
3) my company want file EB3, since I am a little short of experience of 5 years before this company, and I have bachelor only. but if I change job, should be qualified for EB2,
in this case, am I better off find another job? I don't think it is too hard to find another one, but what about my H1B, or TN, should I transfer it and start GC all over again? one year of H1B is surely not enough for me
