几年前，我叔叔为我爸file I-130， 现在排队中。我2年后可申请公民。

我可以邀我爸B-2 visa 来美吗？-Yes, just try how lucky he is.

 

是否需要取消我叔叔为我爸file I-130？-No. Also, cancellation of I-130 or not does not make any difference for your father B2 visa application.

我妈申请B-2 visa 来美有问题吗？-Yes.
