Eb1a今年4月获批，刚好在孩子21岁之前两周，现填I-825，是否要在 cover letter 里说明论证一下qulification，该如何说？

-You have to file your I-485 first or file I-485 together with the I-824. If your child is > 21 year now, just say your priorty was current when you filed your I-485 and your I-140 pending how long and based Child Status Protection Act (CSPA), your child is qualifed for benefits of CSPA to file I-824.
