9月9号 返回JFK.

新的H1B附带I-94 从9月11号开始. I-140已批, 没交485.

请问8老师, 返回时需带哪些文件.

-You need to submit the I-94 to the airlines when you leave US. Bring your H1 approval notice, your passport and the employment verification letter from your company to come back.
