再请教8老师，孩子的I-824 与我的485 一起交，Part 2 勾 C， 对吧？

但Part 3，Type of petition： 填 I-140 还是 I-485？ -It is I-485. 填后者，就没有 “Receipt Number“ 可填了？

-Leave it blank and USCIS know the I-824 is filed concurrently with the I-485, anyway.

另外， 我是EB1a 类，须交Employment letter 吗？

-No.
