请教863211老师申请485过程中的一个问题

863211 老师，

 

我的priority date is March 2008, 今年1月递交485（包括我爱人的），2月大女儿（前次婚姻所生）来美，随补交大女儿的485，当时忘记还要在国内法院改判女儿的监管权，收到USCIS的REF后立即在国内法院办理了改判抚养权，交给了USCIS.

 

6月份从纽约搬家至Baltimore(但我平时还是住在纽约，周末回家), 立即递交AR-11 更改地址，以下是收到USCIS的回信，请老师指点一下USCIS的意图，尤其是having jurisdiction over your case， 应该和改判我大女儿监管权没有关系吧？我该采取什么对策呢？

The status of this service request is:

 

After careful review of your request, it has been determined that your issues will be best addressed by the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case. Therefore, we have taken the liberty of forwarding your service request to Washington District Office.
