请问两位老师，我应该用H1b出境去加拿大呢，还是用EAD？各有什么利弊吗？

-You mean the EAD/AP combination card, right? If you will come back in 30 days, you can use either the I-94 card before the I-94 expires or use the EAD/AP combination card to return to US . If you will stay there for > 30 days, you only can use the EAD/AP card. Not differnt between these two. After you return to US, you need to renew your H1 beore it expires or just use EAD to work no matter how you return to US.
