回复：485 pending,换工作对绿卡的影响

排期08年8月， 今年1月递485，到现在已7个多月，据说485递上超过半年换工作没什么问题。可是我的绿卡手续从最开始都是通过现公司的律师办理，非常拖拉的fragomen律师楼，换工作到其它公司之后，怕到时候有什么需要补材料等的事情被耽搁了不能及时通知到我们。

我想请问：现工作和新工作都在NY，一般情况下离开现公司，那和公司合作的律师楼会怎么处理我们的材料呢？

-You should hav eyour I-485 receipt, right? if not, ask the lawyer to give it to you because it belongs to you. The I-485 receipt is enough for you if you want to change your job. As long as your new job is in the same/simliar field, you will be fine no matter how 律师楼会怎么处理我们的材料.
