我现在EB-3 140 已经批了.485 在等排期. 现在本公司内有一个较高职位给以转过去.做的事和以前不一样. 请问这样的话, 是不是要重新来过.重新办H-1B 和 PERM &　１４０　呢?

-You need to do the PERM and I-140 again over again unless you will come back to work at your current position after you get the green card. You can use the old priority date if you file a new I-140. Your employer just need to file an H1 amendment.
