移民到加拿大后, 持中国护照take bus到美国开会, 回加拿大时, 没人收I94卡, 最近才发现I94卡还订在中国护照上, 对TN 签证有影响吗?


-It is possible that you will have trouble because USCIS/CBP may think you were overstay in US. So, you need to provide all the eveidences to prove that you left US before the I-94 expired last time.
