我的H１B已经过６年了。去年延了３年。现在H１B剩下２年。

Do you mean you extended your H1 beyond the 6 year limit last year? If so, you can use the approved I-140 to get another 3 year H1 when you do the H1 transfer if your current employer (I-140 sponsor) does not withdraw your approved I-140.

我在现在的公司申请了绿卡，１４０ 批下来了，在等４８５排期，估计还要等几年。最近找到新工作。请问在这种情况下，新公司给我Transfer H１时，能给我 Transfer ３ 年吗？
