回复：父母逾期居留，申请绿卡期间可否申请回美证

我已入籍，现准备为父母申请绿卡。他们已经逾期居留超过一年。 提交申请材料后，他们想先回一次国，是否可以为他们申请回美证，如可，需多长时间批下来。烦请各位大侠们解惑。 在此先谢了。

-They do not need to apply for the AP because they can not use it to travel to China due to their overstay > 6 months. If they leave US before they get the green card, they will be sujected to 10-year bar.
