如果I-485 Pending, H1B到期，继续在美国工作是否合法？绿卡和H1B延期都在等，但是不知道能否在现在的H1B到期前拿到。

-If you filed the H1 extension before it expired, you can continue to work legally during the h1 extension is pending. If you do not file the H1 extension application and your H1 expires, you have to use EAD to work and if you do not have EAD, you can not work in this case until you get the green card.
