我的EB-2 I-140已经批了，PD 是2010年5月份的，现持H1在工作。



我LG的绿卡最近批了，我在考虑是否让他帮我申请绿卡，有如下几个问题：




  1. 如果让LG申请，是否和我自己基于employment的不相干，互不影响，-Correct.


    如果到时候哪个排期先到，我就可以按哪个递交 485？

如果通过LG申请到的绿卡，我的绿卡类别会是什么呢？


 


-If your marriage occurred before your spouse's I-485 approval, you can file your I-485 based on your spouse's approved I-485 when his 排期 is currrent and thus, your green card is still employment-based (as his deriative status).


 


和他的类别一样，还是别的？
