父母有绿卡, 这次原打算11月底回中国, 打算申请回美证这样可以在国内待超过一年 (两年内返回). 请问我应该什么时候给他们申请回美证?

如果他们这次推迟回去, 比如明年5月份回去, 那份回美证还能让他们在中国待个1.5-2 年再回来还能入境吗?

 

我不知道这个回美证的有效期是多久, 两年是从拿到证件算起, 还是从离境算起?
