-It takes about 7 to 8 years for your sister to get the green card under your parent's sponsor if she will never get married. It takes about 10 to 11 years under your sponsor no matter whether she will get married or not. I would suggest both you and one of your parents to sponor your sister's green card in case, i.e. file two I-130s, respectively, and these two I-130s will not affect each other.
