RFE 要求 certified court copy 我的十年前因骑自行车闯 stop sign 的 FTA arrest
case，但是本州只要求保持 5 年 court record，所以 court 只打印了没有我的任何
indictment letter，不知这样能不能满足visa officer。对了，有 arrest report ，写得很清楚是因为什么arrest。

-Provide the court indictment letter and the arrest report. Also write a letter to address why you were arrested and what the result was and then, explain why the court letter did not have your case information (e.g. 本州只要求保持 5 年 court record).
