AP in the card production stage, can I start travelling?

申请绿卡加EAD 和 AP. 我急着下周要回国， 申请了加快。批准后，网上显示是：

The USPS reported that your new card was delivered on July 16, 2012, directly to the address we had on file.

如果已经DELIVER， 这是说我很快就收到卡了？ 可是我打到服务热线，却被告知30天内收到。究竟是以哪一个为准？

如果没收到卡就离开，可以吗？
