有没有人用过P签证？我朋友是学生，OPT快用完了，有自称“环球移民”的人打电话来说可以办P签证，期间可以直接转H1工作签证，还可以安全得出入美国。

因为不太有人用这个签证，网上也查不到太多信息，这里有没有人可以提供些经验或建议？
