个人情况:孩子2007年回国(旅行证+美国护照). 父母2010年绿卡下来.
现在孩子要回来上学,如何离开中国?

-Go to 当地公安部门 to extend the 旅行证 and then, go to 当地的出入境管理部门 to 办理出境卡. Because your child's 旅行证 has expired, you may ask your relatives to help you (may need to give some kind of gifts to the local police officer, somehting like that in China..., you know it, right?).
 
还要到当地公安局办理出境卡吗?

 

我们有绿卡了,还可以半吗?

-Fine because your child is in China already.
