出境一年以后,新的六年的H1B是如何生效的?

如果我现在递一个新的H1B申请,(当前是H第5年了),这个申请的EMPLOYMENT开始日期定于一年以后. 然后我出境呆上一年. 再持这个批件入境.

-You can not use this 批件入境 anymore. Your employer has to file a new H1 petition to get the new H1 quote after April 1 in that year and then, you have to use the new H1 approval notice to get the new H1 visa to enter US on/after September 21 in that year. Thus, you will get a new 6-year H1.

那么我算是开始一个新的六年的H1B吗?
