EB3, I485 pending, EAD, Do two jobs, One permanent, One contract

Hi. Please help.

I am EB3 with I485 pending. I have EAD card. I am now doing a full time job. I am a permanent employee of A company. I am working from home. I am thinking to do some extra contractor work. Am I breaking the law if I do a permanent job, at the same time to do another contractor job?
