Thank you so much 86 master,

 My international officer suggest me to extend my J1 visa as long as possible. He said it is not a good time to persue waiver at this moment. He strongly feels my case will be denied because of the NIH funding. What is your personal opinion? Do you know anyone got J1 waived favored like my case. It will be grateful if someone can share his/her experience with me.
