急急急 Please helpI485

Today I am so sad. We had a local interview at Boston for our family green card application which was received Apr. 22, 2002.
The Officer first asked me if I need lawyer to represent us for this interview. I said No since our lawyer at Missisipi. Then he let us in and start ask me question like:
Have you arrested or do I have any criminal records? I said No.
He asked my hu*****and the same question, then he said No.

The problem is that he was arrested before since he tried to beat me and then later on we hired an attorny and he help us discharged this case and he said there would be no record about this arrestment. So that's the reason my hu*****and answered NO. But the officer today said he has record about this arrestment and he said my hu*****and lied about this.

So finally he let us do the following:

1. Submit the "Certified Cout Dispositions" for that arrest.
2. Get a certified copy of my daughter's (she was born this year in US) Birth Certificate.
3. IRA Certified copy of the Tax Return for 2003, and 2002.
We need get all these above documents in 90 days and then he said he will make decision.
I am so worried about if our I485 can be proved in the future. What I can do better after I submit these he requested.
