传达总结一下她的精神：EAD是附属在H4 以下的，H4过期了，EAD也作废了，EAD可以用来上学或找任何工作；EAD不是身份（status）
听都没听说过，是我有问题么？
怪不得在美国工作需要绿卡，EAD，否则稍微有点智商的外国人一上，美国人都失业了。。。
还是移民局指使他们这么说的？新政策？
老师们建议我一下怎么办，8月份开始会有临时part time job，主要是无论怎么样总想待在美国；
我需要renew H4吗？（太太的H1B到2015年，我们的I-485 pending.）
还是H4过期后（或过期前两周）会自动专成EAD？EAD不是身份么 （Status）
-Just ignore what she said. Either it was miscommunication between you and her or she did not know the immigration law well. YOu just work using EAD and do nothing else. By the way, your status has nothing to do with EAD. If you do not extend your H4, your status will be Adjustment of Status (AOS) and you can legally stay in US with AOS and work using EAD.
