-What I mean is that you can not use this approved I-140 to file your I-485 if you work for another employer unless the I-140 sponsor will hire you back (give you a support letter to address this when you file I-485)

多谢8老师。我觉得应该可以要求公司不要withdraw.您的意思是不是说我的新雇主也可以在现有的140上帮我递交485--- provided 我的现任雇主给我一个support letter 说他们愿易在将来hire back 我
