I changed job after 485 pending for 180 days. I got my H1B transferred to the new company.

However, I found this in the old company's lawyer website. Does this impact my 485?

 Do they have to withdraw my H1B and LCA?

-They should terminate the H1, not withdraw it which may confuse USCIS. If USCIS send you RFE for your status/legal work proof for that period of time, just explain it that you worked for employer from what date to what date under H1 status, then transferred H1 to your current employer. So, the H1 withdrawal by the old emplpoyer does not affect your status for that period because it occurred after you left the employer. Keep the copy of your old H1 approval notice and I-94 inc ase.
