我的I-94八月十五日到期。这八月十五日是有效期日还是失效期日？

-I-94 is still valid before 12:00 at night on this date.

我可以十六日离开美国吗？是不是八月底走也可以？

-Techincally, you should leave US before the TN I-94 expires because there is not grace period for TN status. However,small oerverstay (e.g. about 10 days to two weeks)should not be cause for great concerne and an extended oeverstay can cause problems.

这对我十月返回美国再获得TN签证有影响吗？
