母亲现绿卡持有者。居住半年美国，半年中国数次。期间只有一次因为手术在中国生活8个月，入关时已经出示医院证明。今年九月打算回中国，并计划在中国居住一年（不超过一年）。请问我妈妈这种情况需要办理回美证吗？

-She should be OK to come back without Reentry permit, but possibly she may get the warning when she come back. If so, just apply for the reentry permit next time travel.
